Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, exchange, fund, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
3. Evaluation fees are at risk
An evaluation fee buys access to an assessment, not a funded account. You may not pass. If you breach a rule, the evaluation ends and the fee is generally non-refundable (see our Refund Policy). Only purchase what you can afford to treat as a non-recoverable cost.
4. No guarantee of funding or payouts
Passing an evaluation does not guarantee any particular income. Funded accounts remain subject to the program rules, and payouts are conditional on identity verification, realized profit, and consistency review. A funded account can be closed on a rule breach at any time.
5. Past performance
Past results — yours or any figures shown on the Platform — do not guarantee future results. Performance in a simulated environment is not indicative of performance in real markets, where execution, liquidity, slippage and emotional factors differ materially.
6. Eligibility and jurisdiction
The product may not be available in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. We may restrict access based on location or applicable sanctions.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to fees you pay and payouts you receive. We do not provide tax advice; consult a qualified adviser.
