1. Purpose
We are committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions evasion. This policy describes the identity-verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) measures we apply, consistent with applicable law in [jurisdiction].
2. When verification is required
You must complete identity verification before your first payout. We may also require or repeat verification:
- where activity is inconsistent or triggers a risk flag;
- before approving higher-value payouts; or
- where required by law or our payment partners.
3. What we collect
We collect identity information such as your full name, date of birth, country of residence and a government-issued identity document, and may request proof of address or source of funds. This data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. Verification providers
Verification may be performed by us or by specialist identity-verification providers acting on our behalf. The active provider is configurable by the operator; documents you submit are processed securely and retained only as required.
5. Sanctions and ongoing monitoring
We restrict access from prohibited jurisdictions and may decline, suspend, or close accounts on a risk-based basis. Where a third-party identity provider is configured, identity verification may include sanctions and watchlist screening. We do not knowingly provide services to sanctioned persons or in prohibited jurisdictions.
6. Refusal, suspension and reporting
Where we cannot verify your identity, where you provide false information, or where we identify a financial-crime risk, we may refuse, suspend, or close your account and withhold payouts. Where required, we will make reports to the relevant authorities and may be prohibited from informing you that a report has been made.
7. Recordkeeping
We retain verification and transaction records for the period required by applicable law, typically several years after your last activity.
