1. Evaluation fees
An evaluation fee purchases immediate access to a digital assessment. Because access is granted at once, fees are generally non-refundable once the account has been provisioned and trading has begun, except as set out below or as required by applicable consumer law.
2. Cooling-off / digital goods
Where you are a consumer with a statutory cooling-off right, that right may not apply once you have started the evaluation, because you have requested immediate access to digital content and acknowledged the loss of the cooling-off right at checkout. If you have not started the evaluation, contact us within [14] days for a refund of the unused evaluation.
3. When we will refund
We will refund an evaluation fee where:
- you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase;
- a technical fault on our side prevented the account from being provisioned and we cannot remedy it; or
- applicable law entitles you to a refund.
4. When we will not refund
- you breached a rule and the evaluation ended;
- you changed your mind after trading began;
- your account was closed for a breach of our Terms or for prohibited conduct; or
- the request relates to dissatisfaction with your own trading results.
5. Payouts are not refunds
Profit-split payouts on funded accounts are governed by our Terms and are separate from this Refund Policy. Payouts are paid on approval and are not reversible by the trader once paid.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with evidence of access and use.
7. How to request a refund
Email [[email protected]] from your account email with your order reference. We aim to respond within [5] business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
